Refund and Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified unless explicitly permitted by VTR Natura Private Limited. Any request for cancellation is subject to our discretion and applicable conditions.

If an order is eligible for cancellation and is approved, the refund (after deducting applicable cancellation charges) will be processed within 7–10 business days. The credited amount will be transferred back to the original payment method used during checkout.

We strongly advise customers to review all details carefully before placing an order.

Please note the following:

Orders placed with incorrect or mismatched pincodes and address details may lead to automatic cancellation, and cancellation charges will be applicable.

If you select a pickup option during ordering but choose free delivery during checkout, or if there is any mismatch between selected delivery and pickup preferences, your order will be considered invalid and cancelled, and cancellation charges will apply.
